National Engineering Employees Union TRIO FEST – 2024
May 01st 2024 – under the esteemed patronage of INTUC President, Dr. G Sanjeeva Reddy Ji, the National Engineering Employees Union (NEEU) joyously commemorated “Trio Fest” (Mupperum Vizha) at SJS Marriage Hall – Sholingur, on May 01st 2024 in order to commemorate three major events such as International May Day (Labour Day), foundation day on May 03rd of All India INTUC and NEEU Founder’ Birthday on May 06th. Led by the visionary President, Dr. P Srinivasan, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from union office bearers, Committee members, 2500 employees and all senior officials of Brakes India Pvt Ltd, Mr. Munirathna Muthalaiyar, MLA, and Sholingur participated in the program and delivered special address to the gathering.
The festivities commenced with a poignant reminder of road safety, as Dr. P Srinivasan led a two Wheeler rally, from Sholingur hanuman Temple to the venue, emphasizing the paramount importance of wearing helmets, in between the rally Mr P Srinivasan, President, NEEU garlanded the Gandhi Statue, there are about 500 employees took part in the rally This symbolic gesture aimed to instill a culture of safety consciousness within the community. Following the rally, Union President hosted a flag along with VP (Corp P & IR) has, symbolizing unity and solidarity among members, officially inaugurating the event.
The event witnessed the participation of the Chairman, who conveyed her wishes through a video conference, underscoring the collaborative sprit between the union and management in fostering a harmonious work environment and he appreciated the able leadership of the Union President Dr. P Srinivasan under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. G. Sanjeeva Reddy, President of all India INTUC. Mr. Munirathna Muthalaiyar, MLA, Sholinghur has delivered special address to the gathering. He hailed the functioning of the Union and appreciated Dr. P Srinivasan for his relentless efforts to sustain to build a relationship between union and management in the path shown by the erstwhile Founder President late Mr N Devarajan.
Chief Guest’s ED-Foundry, ED-ABI, ED-TEL, EDRTE, Director (Corp Affairs & HR), President – HVBU, SVP(O)- HVBU, VP(Corp Per & IR), have addressed the gathering on the relationship between the Union and the Management and have appreciated the manner in which NEEU has been functioning in sustaining the Industrial Relations across locations in the path shown by the erstwhile Founder President late Mr N Devarajan and blessings, guidance Dr. G. Sanjeeva Reddy, President- All India INTUC, and Honorary President- NEEU. In a touching of gesture, NEEU Union contribute accumulated amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- to each of five bereaved employees families, aiming to alleviate their financial burdens during difficult times. All employees, Chief Guest and all Officials of Brakes India Private Limited and Associated Companies have appreciated Dr. P Srinivasan welfare scheme.
During the address of Dr. P Srinivasan, He expressed his sincere thanks to the Management for all support in organizing the program and welcomed all the dignitaries and other participants. And he eloquently highlighted the invaluable guidance, support, and mentorship provided by Dr. G Sanjeeva Reddy Ji to the NEEU Union. His remarks underscored the profound impact of Dr. G Sanjeeva Reddy’s leadership on the union’s journey towards progress and prosperity. After the address, he presented a Memento to the Chief Guest who participate in the event as a token of gratitude and respect. In conclusion, the Trio Fest Celebration served as a poignant reminder of unity, solidarity, and the collective pursuit of excellence within the employees.
